The fee for co-authors and other participants is 130 Euro (include accomadition in a single room for 2 days) and 100 Euro (include accomadition in a double room per person for 2 days). This fee is valid until April 1th, 2018


* This fee is valid only for 2 or more people who will participate to the conference.


** Each extra night will be charged 30 Euros in double, and 45 Euros in single rooms. This rate will be valid until 10th March 2018


*** For hotel rooms usage, check in time is after 12:00 (noon), check out is before 12:00 (noon)


Refund Policy: If participants cancel their presentations until April 10th, 2017 (10.04.2017) they can get a 75% refund for their payment and bank operating fee will be paid by the participant.  Refund is not possible after 10th April, 2018(10.04.2018)
